For those of us who love running, it’s unusual to think that we’ll be eager to ride a bicycle in a city. But here, that’s exactly the case – cycling lanes are everywhere, and exploring Copenhagen on two wheels, with a chain and pedals, is truly a perfect experience!

Copenhagen also offers a variety of culinary delights for true food enthusiasts – you can indulge in the flavors of Danish cuisine, and the pinnacle of the culinary experience is a meal at the restaurant “Noma” – a multiple-award-winning haven of taste that has been named the best restaurant in the world several times!

Beer enthusiasts cannot visit Copenhagen without stopping by the former Carlsberg Brewery from 1847, which has now been transformed into a modern visitor center.

Ramboll Stockholm Halfmarathon

The Ramboll Half Marathon in Stockholm is something completely different. Running through the Nordic region is a unique experience for every runner, no matter how many cities you have conquered.

Anyone embarking on the adventure of conquering Stockholm will have the opportunity to experience the rich Swedish culture and tradition. With the beautiful surroundings and great support from spectators, this experience will surely stay in your unforgettable memories.

The race starts and finishes right in front of the Royal Palace. As you make your way to the finish line, you will pass by many famous landmarks and historical buildings in Stockholm, such as Karlberg Palace, City Hall, the Royal Palace, the Swedish Parliament, the Royal Opera, and Gamla Stan (the old town).

The Stockholm Half Marathon features a fast and flat course, allowing runners to find a good rhythm and achieve excellent times on the stopwatch. This event is not only intended for veterans but also for beginners in the sport.

One significant characteristic of the Stockholm Half Marathon is its charitable component. Every year, the organizers raise funds for various humanitarian organizations and projects, giving participants the opportunity to contribute to this goal through their participation in the race.

CPH Copenhagen Halfmarathon

Be part of one of the fastest tracks in the world and experience a first-class racing event alongside 25,000 other runners.

The CPH Copenhagen Half Marathon has gained worldwide fame for its exceptionally fast track and is one of the races in the Super Halfs Series. Simply put, Copenhagen has a track that is blazingly fast.

In this city, two world records have been broken in the half marathon distance. In 2019, Geoffrey Kamworor showcased his readiness to the world by shattering the finish line with a time of 58:01. A year before him, in the 2018 race, Sifan Hassan set a new women’s European record with an impressive time of 1:05:15.

Apart from its long tradition, the race’s quality is evident from its highest possible rating for organization, making the CPH Copenhagen Half Marathon a Gold Label race according to IAAF standards.

The route of the CPH half marathon takes you through some of the most important parts of Copenhagen, allowing you to experience the beauty of the capital and feel the true spirit of Denmark. The race starts and finishes at Øster Allé in the middle of the beautiful city park, Fælledparken. While on your way to earning another medal, you will run past Tivoli Gardens, the City Hall, across the Inner Harbour Bridge, and other famous landmarks.

Runners will especially appreciate the proximity to the Royal Palace, where the race begins and ends. The starting and finishing point of the race is only 1.5 km from the hotel, allowing you to quickly relax after receiving your medal.

Accommodation is reserved in double rooms that are well-designed, clean, and tidy. Our service includes overnight stay with breakfast.
